Hi I’m Stephanie.

I'm 52 years old and am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I work with women in their 40's, 50’s and beyond to help them combat unexplained or unwanted weight gain. Once we reach a certain age, like it or not, our bodies start to change. Whether it’s from years of toxic buildup, perimenopause-menopause-post menopause or having unhealthy eating habits or lifestyles. We start to feel bloated, we have hot flashes, sleepless nights, brain fog, mood swings, uncontrollable eating habits, sugar cravings, lack of energy and less desire for intimacy. That doesn't mean we have to roll over and accept these changes. Believe me, I've gone through these same challenges and know how you feel. That is why I decided to dedicate myself to hours of research and trial and error to find relief of these symptoms. I wanted to help women who struggle with the same midlife changes I have. It worked for me and it can for you too!
